Once an order is fulfilled and shipped there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. In the event of a mistake on the sellers behalf we offer up to 14 days to exchangeproducts OR immediate repairs in cases of incorrect details only if the returned product is not damaged and returned in the original condition
